Adam Shield and Anna Hughes in Terraforms at The Concept Space (5-28 July 2018)

Adam Shield and Anna Hughes (both 5-101) are exhibiting in TERRAFORMS, a collaborative exhibition between Kristian Day and The Concept Space. Other artists include Blue Firth, Rafal Topolewski, Josephine Baker, Joel Wyllie, Frank Kent, Charile Duck, Molly Palmer and The Leaf Library.

The real world is only one of the many possibilities that can be moved back and forth; the game would remain incomplete if one were to accept reality as a finished product. That is why objects are stretched and shortened, make-believe objects are sprinkled among the existing ones, and miraculous apparitions are created without hesitation. Siegfried Kracauer, Calico-World (1926)

The Concept Space, 7 Spa Road, Bermondsey, London SE16 3QP.
Open Tuesday-Saturday, 12-6pm.
