The latest exhibition in the Lounge is a sharing of work made during the Thursday morning art sessions in the Education Space in Woolwich.

Sally McKay (Studio 4-115) set up art sessions in the Education Space between lockdowns for local people to spend three hours together creating a safe communal space for creation of work, reflection and discussion. Classes were taken online when necessary. Classes are set up to stimulate creativity, or participants are free to work on their own projects.

The classes have grown and continue, and this show in the Lounge is a selection of work made over the last two years by class members Maria Bloor, Kay Dorey, Pam Illman, Ann Ismail, Jean Lewis, Rob Marchant (Studio 7-203), Philomena Medrecki, Lyn Riley and Steve Spencer.
