Chinze Ojobo

Chinze Ojobo (Studio 5-145) invites viewers to engage in conversations about the importance of peace and dialogue in conflict resolution. Her work serves as a reminder that while the scars of war are evident, they can be healed through stories of resistance and remembrance.

Join her on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th April, 2-5pm, to experience the powerful narratives within The Torn Tapestry, her celebration of resilience and of the enduring human spirit.

Chinze utilises worn and distressed materials, which for her symbolise the emotional and physical scars left by violence. Each piece serves as a poignant representation of trauma and resilience, weaving together narratives that emphasise survival and hope.
