Woolwich Open Studios
Saturday 7th - Sunday 8th June, 11-5pm
With over 550 studios, Thames-Side Studios Woolwich has been supporting London's creativity since 2016. We offer affordable studios and facilities for our inspiring and diverse community.
We hold an Annual Open Studios weekend which this year takes place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June from 11am-5pm.
It's a chance to explore the site and discover how our artists and makers work in their space across a variety of practices.
Studio practices across the Woolwich site cover painting, drawing, illustration, printmaking, sculpture, fashion, jewellery, leathercraft, millinery, textile design, embroidery, weaving, photography, graphic design, animation, film & video, music composition, writing, ceramics, glass art, fabrication, conservation, lutherie, furniture making, carpentry, architecture, upholstery and picture framing.
Over the weekend we'll have 4 exhibitions, street food, 8 free workshops and kids’ activities - something for everyone to enjoy.
Open Studios 2025
Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2025
11am-5pm
Woolwich Open Exhibition 2025
For the past three years, we've been growing the Woolwich Open Exhibition. 2025 marks our fourth year as we invite studio holders who plan to open their studio over the weekend to submit one piece to the gallery. All submissions are accepted. It's a great way to showcase the pieces created here, and hopefully provides visitors with a focus when exploring the site.
We have a variety of family friendly workshops to look forward to at our Open Studios event. All children should be accompanied by an adult. Limited spaces, no booking required.
