My images begin with an observed drawing which I live with for a while before I translate it into an etching or monoprint.

In the past, after graduating from the RCA, I worked as a freelance illustrator alongside exhibiting my prints and drawings in galleries in London and Japan.

Gradually, making my own work has completely taken over - I have become absorbed by my own world reflecting on how we experience every day life and how memory and history play their part.
